This is one of the best "little" bluetooths on the market today. We've bought a few of these now also as gifts, as we found that the quality and function is fantastic for this price range.and we all know that Amazon sells it all for way less than anywhere else.
My first problem was the earpiece, d/n fit snug in ear. Other than these things clarity on both ends were good. However I was advised to buy a Jabra earpiece and that did rectify the problem. The buttons are a little too close to each other. I don't know about the standby time as my day isn't that serious where I have to wear it for the 'many' calls coming in. In total it worked for me.
What a great deal.the Samsung WEP 200 is the bomb; at less than $25, it is diminutive, and aesthetically designed. PLUS, it has better than average audio.you can spend more, but WHY.It will hurt.just a tiny bit.I just have to get the hammer.
After going thru many Bluetooth i was recommended by a friend the Samsung WEP200, I purchased one on Amazon and was very satisfied, the sound was clear and loud, very easy to answer a call, and lower/higher the volume. the problem started right away when the Earhook broke in half, in order to charge this Bluetooth you need to detach the Earhook from the Bluetooth and place the Bluetooth in a cradle, I'll repeat, EVERY time you want to charge the Bluetooth you need to detach the Earhook from the Bluetooth place the Bluetooth it in the cradle and when you're done charging it you need to take it out and attach the Earhook again, this thing don't last for more than a week and while i was using this Bluetooth i replaced it 4 times, another bigger issue I had after using it for about 3 weeks the Bluetooth went in to MUTE mode so I was able to hear the caller talking however he wasn't able to hear me because it was on MUTE, luckily I bought it direct from amazon so sent me a new one overnight but the new one I got last again for 3 weeks and the MUTE problem started again, this time I'm returning it for credit and I'll try the Plantronics Voyager 510. One more thing keep in mind, Amazon is the only place to shop and ONLY what is shipped DIRECTLY from Amazon and not from Affiliates because if you have any problem they send you a brand new one overnight and they don't wait for you to send the defective one first also you have 30 days return policy and the best and easiest way to shop.
I bought this for my friend and myself-best money I ever spent. I've had other high $$$ bluetooths-hated them all-but this one is great. It fits good, sound is clear, so cute and tiny. Just love it-thanks samsung for a great product and thanks amazon for a great price.
